Every Oxytech chamber is welded, machined, assembled and wired within our own facility — no subcontracted stages, no gaps in traceability. Here's how a chamber comes together.

1Stage One

Welded Fabrication

At Oxytech, we employ Aluminum TIG (GTAW), Aluminum MIG (GMAW), Steel TIG (GTAW), and Steel MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding technologies in the manufacturing of aluminum and steel pressure vessels. The most suitable process is selected based on material type, wall thickness, mechanical requirements and service conditions to ensure maximum structural integrity and long-term performance.

  • Aluminum TIG (GTAW): precise heat input and superior weld quality — preferred for thin-wall components, leak-tight joints and high-precision fabrications.
  • Aluminum MIG (GMAW): high deposition rates and deep penetration — ideal for large aluminum structures and pressure vessel applications.
  • Steel TIG (GTAW): used where exceptional precision and controlled heat input are required.
  • Steel MIG/MAG (GMAW): high mechanical strength and efficient production for pressure vessels and heavy-duty steel structures.
  • All welding is carried out by certified welders using modern digital welding systems and calibrated equipment, with material preparation, parameter verification and in-process inspection at every stage.

2Stage Two

Precision Machining

Oxytech manufactures all mechanical components required for hyperbaric oxygen systems and pressure vessels in-house using advanced precision machining technologies. By integrating engineering, machining, welded fabrication and assembly under one roof, we ensure full traceability and consistent quality throughout the manufacturing process.

  • CNC Gantry (Bridge-Type) Machining Centers, CNC Vertical Machining Centers, CNC Turning Centers, Vertical Turning Lathes (VTL), Horizontal Boring & Milling Machines, Manual and Conventional Milling Machines.
  • Manufactures both high-precision small components and large-scale pressure vessel components weighing several tons — within a single production facility.
  • Large-diameter flanges, hyperbaric chamber doors, pressure vessel shells, structural frames and mechanical locking systems are machined on our high-rigidity gantry centers and vertical turning lathes.
  • All processes are planned using a CAD/CAM-based 3D design infrastructure — AutoCAD Inventor, Intergraph PV Elite and ANSYS CFD/Design Modeler — maximizing dimensional accuracy before production begins.

3Stage Three

Assembly

Welded shells and machined components come together in a controlled assembly environment — where structural, interior and finishing work is integrated under consistent quality checkpoints before any chamber leaves the facility.

  • Assembly carried out under clean, controlled workshop conditions — consistent with our ISO 13485 medical device production requirements.
  • Acrylic doors, viewports and window seals fitted and pressure-tested for leak-tight integrity.
  • Interior fit-out: leather upholstery, seating, LED illumination and control panel integration.
  • Mechanical locking systems, hinges and skirt/cover moldings fitted and functionally verified.
  • Every unit undergoes a final pressure and function check before release to the electrical & automation stage.

4Stage Four

Electrical & Automation Assembly

Every chamber is fitted with Oxytech's own hyperbaric control and automation software — developed in-house specifically for hyperbaric applications — then wired, tested and validated against applicable electrical and safety standards before final approval.

  • Control panel wiring, sensor integration and installation of our in-house-developed Hyperbaric Control & Management Software.
  • Integration of O₂ & CO₂ gas analyzers, temperature/humidity sensors and monitoring systems per chamber configuration.
  • Product development, testing and validation carried out against applicable Low Voltage (2014/35/EU) and EMC (2014/30/EU) directives.
  • Full functional testing — outer and inner control panels, emergency stop systems and automated pressure cycles — before the chamber is approved for shipment.
